Terms and Conditions for Car Maintenance Savings Fund Membership Account

1. Membership Overview

AllGarageParts offers a Car Maintenance Savings Fund Membership Account that allows members to save funds for services, parts, NCT bookings, vehicle breakdown assistance, and recovery services.

Subscription fees are charged to the customer’s chosen payment method on a monthly, weekly, or yearly basis, depending on the selected subscription package.

 

2. Usage of Funds

Funds saved in the membership account can be fully utilized for services, parts, and other maintenance assistance provided by AllGarageParts.

If a member requests to use the funds with another service or parts provider, an administrative charge of 8% of the value of withdrawn funds will be applied.

 

3. Subscription Fees

A one-time sign-up fee of €3.99 will be charged at the time of initial membership purchase, deducted from the initial membership plan payment.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.

 

4. Payment and Renewal

Membership fees will be charged to the customer’s selected payment method based on the chosen subscription plan (monthly, weekly, or yearly).

Membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the contract term unless the member notifies AllGarageParts of their intention to terminate the contract before the renewal date.

 

5. Termination of Contract

The membership can be terminated at any time without the need for a notice period.

Upon termination, members can choose to use the funds for services, parts, or maintenance services within AllGarageParts.

AllGarageParts reserves the right to utilize the remaining funds for current services provided by the company in the event of contract termination.

 

6. Fund Transfers

When transferring funds to an external service or parts provider, an 8% administrative fee will be applied to the withdrawn amount.

The remaining balance, after the administrative fee is deducted, will be transferred to the requested provider.

 

7. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the contract term unless the member provides prior notice of termination.

Members wishing to terminate their membership should notify AllGarageParts in advance of the renewal date.

 

8. Company Closure or Insolvency

In the event of closure or insolvency of AllGarageParts, the company reserves the right to withdraw membership funds in a manner and timeframe deemed suitable at the time of account termination.

AllGarageParts will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any changes regarding the use or withdrawal of funds.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

AllGarageParts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to members and will take effect immediately for all new memberships or at the next renewal date for existing memberships.

 

10. General Provisions

By subscribing to the Car Maintenance Savings Fund Membership Account, members agree to these terms and conditions.

All funds saved in the membership account are non-transferable and can only be used according to the terms stated above.
