Terms and Conditions for Car Maintenance Savings Fund Membership Account<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1. Membership Overview<\/strong><\/p>

AllGarageParts offers a Car Maintenance Savings Fund Membership Account that allows members to save funds for services, parts, NCT bookings, vehicle breakdown assistance, and recovery services.<\/p>

Subscription fees are charged to the customer’s chosen payment method on a monthly, weekly, or yearly basis, depending on the selected subscription package.<\/p>

2. Usage of Funds<\/strong><\/p>

Funds saved in the membership account can be fully utilized for services, parts, and other maintenance assistance provided by AllGarageParts.<\/p>

If a member requests to use the funds with another service or parts provider, an administrative charge of 8% of the value of withdrawn funds will be applied.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

3. Subscription Fees<\/strong><\/p>

A one-time sign-up fee of \u20ac3.99 will be charged at the time of initial membership purchase, deducted from the initial membership plan payment.<\/p>

Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

4. Payment and Renewal<\/strong><\/p>

Membership fees will be charged to the customer’s selected payment method based on the chosen subscription plan (monthly, weekly, or yearly).<\/p>

Membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the contract term unless the member notifies AllGarageParts of their intention to terminate the contract before the renewal date.<\/p>

5. Termination of Contract<\/strong><\/p>

The membership can be terminated at any time without the need for a notice period.<\/p>

Upon termination, members can choose to use the funds for services, parts, or maintenance services within AllGarageParts.<\/p>

AllGarageParts reserves the right to utilize the remaining funds for current services provided by the company in the event of contract termination.<\/p>

6. Fund Transfers<\/strong><\/p>

When transferring funds to an external service or parts provider, an 8% administrative fee will be applied to the withdrawn amount.<\/p>

The remaining balance, after the administrative fee is deducted, will be transferred to the requested provider.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

7. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the contract term unless the member provides prior notice of termination.<\/p>

Members wishing to terminate their membership should notify AllGarageParts in advance of the renewal date.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

8. Company Closure or Insolvency<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of closure or insolvency of AllGarageParts, the company reserves the right to withdraw membership funds in a manner and timeframe deemed suitable at the time of account termination.<\/p>

AllGarageParts will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any changes regarding the use or withdrawal of funds.<\/p>

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

AllGarageParts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.<\/p>

Any changes will be communicated to members and will take effect immediately for all new memberships or at the next renewal date for existing memberships.<\/p>

10. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

By subscribing to the Car Maintenance Savings Fund Membership Account, members agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>

All funds saved in the membership account are non-transferable and can only be used according to the terms stated above.<\/p>
